dadunationTerms of Use

When you create an account on dadunation, you enter into a service agreement with us. We set out the conditions under which our platform operates, what we expect from you as a user, and what you can expect from us in return. These terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and the jurisdiction in which our service is offered.

Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. This page outlines our core commitments and the rules that govern play on dadunation. We do not make exaggerated claims about odds, bonuses, or processing times. Instead, we focus on transparent operations and account security.

If you have questions about these terms, contact our support team via email or the in-app help centre. We respond to account-related inquiries within standard business windows.

Account Opening and Eligibility on dadunation

To open an account on dadunation, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not a resident of a country where our service is prohibited by law. During registration, you provide your email address, full name, date of birth, and a government-issued ID. We undertake to verify this information before you can deposit funds or access live-dealer tables.

Our account verification process requires you to submit a clear photo of your ID—passport, national ID card, or driver's license. Verification typically completes within hours. Once approved, you can immediately deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). We do not permit multiple accounts per user. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all related accounts without refund of remaining balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately. We will work to secure your account, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to your notification. Account access is your sole responsibility once registration is complete.

Important: dadunation does not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or for payment processing. Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

Deposits and Withdrawals Under dadunation Policy

Deposits on dadunation are processed instantly. When you choose a payment method—mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang—funds appear in your account immediately. There are no deposit fees on our platform. Your payment provider may charge their own fees, which are outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed to your original payment method. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes to local payment. The same applies to all other payment methods. We do not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification—we may ask for additional documentation if your account shows signs of unusual activity. We do not guarantee specific withdrawal times; processing depends on your bank or payment provider's standard windows.

If your withdrawal is delayed, check your account settings to confirm your payment method is correct. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your withdrawal request ID. We will investigate the status with your payment provider, but we cannot force faster processing.

Bonus Terms on dadunation

Any promotional offers on dadunation carry specific conditions. We do not advertise fixed bonus amounts; instead, we describe offers generically—for example, "an attractive welcome offer" or "a seasonal bonus." If a specific bonus applies to your account, the exact terms appear in your account dashboard and in our promotional email. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and may have expiry dates. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Notice

If you dispute a transaction on dadunation, contact our support team within fourteen days of the transaction. Provide your account ID, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within five business days. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, we will credit your account. If we reject your dispute, we will explain our reasoning in writing.

Our platform is operated under the terms of this agreement. Disputes arising from your use of dadunation are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our service is available. We do not accept jurisdiction from courts in countries where our service is prohibited. If you wish to pursue a legal claim, you must do so through arbitration or in a court that has agreed jurisdiction over our operations.

We at dadunation operate transparently. We do not hide terms in fine print, and we do not change core policies without notice.

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include: using automated tools to access dadunation, sharing your account credentials with others, attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, engaging in fraud, or accessing our platform from a jurisdiction where service is prohibited. Account suspension may result in forfeiture of remaining balance.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact our support team with details. We will review the decision and respond within ten business days. If we confirm a suspension was justified, we cannot overturn it.

These terms apply to all users of dadunation, whether you access via mobile app, web browser, or any other interface. By creating an account and depositing funds, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you should not use our platform. Our services are available only where local law permits, and users are responsible for verifying compliance with their jurisdiction's regulations.
